India Women’s T20 and ODI Squad Announced for England Tour

The Indian Women’s cricket team will head to England for their two-format series in their country. The India tour of England will begin on 10th September, where both the teams will play three T20I and three ODI. Both the countries played against each other in the Commonwealth Games, where India defeated England, 

The All India Women’s Selection Committee announced the team selection of India for the England tour. Two squads are named, one for T20I and the second for ODI, both the teams have recurring players. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the Indian Women’s team in T20I and ODI formats.

India and England will start with T20I and then with ODI. The first game will be at Central County Ground from 18th September at 11 am IST. Jemimah Rodrigues will be part of both squads. She was ruled out due to a wrist injury which is now fine.

India Women’s ODI Squad:

Harmanpreet Kaur(C), Smriti Mandhana(VC), Shafali Verma, Sabbineni Meghana, Deepti Sharma, Taniya Sapna Bhatia(WK), Yastika Bhatia(WK), Pooja Vastrakar, Sneh Rana, Renuka Thakur, Meghna Singh, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Harleen Deol, Dayalan Hemlatha, Simran Dil Bahadur, Julan Goswami, Jemimah Rodrigues.
