India is ready to play three-match ODI games against England on 12th July at Kennington Oval Stadium in London. Both the teams are playing the format after a three-game T20I, where India emerged victorious after winning twice. India won the first game by 50 runs and the second by 49 runs.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma will be opening the game along with the much anticipated Shikhar Dhawan. Together they are the unstoppable opening duo for the country. Both of them will be opening to India after quite a long time. Virat Kohli will play as number 3 after the best openers in the world. Rohit-Dhawan is the second most successful Indian pair after Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly.

If Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan reach the 5,000 runs record, the pair will be fourth in the world and the second Indian couple to cross the 5,000 mark. Sharma and Dhawan rank second in ODI openers presently, with most centuries amongst them.
