India Beat Pakistan in the Latest ICC ODI Team Rankings

India played their first ODI match against England in the series. It was a great game by the Indian team both, in batting and bowling. The game was played at the Oval Cricket Stadium in London on 12th July. India also won the three-game T20I series before this. India won the first two games of the format. 

Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma

Jasprit Bumrah took six wickets for India, whereas Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan scored 114 runs. It was an incredible win for India, and the team is only one win away from conquering this format. ICC released a newly updated ranking after India defeated England in the first ODI by ten wickets.

Earlier India was behind Pakistan for a while with just one point. Pakistan is at 106, and India is at 105 points. India ranked fourth whereas Pakistan ranked third, but after 10 wickets win by India the tables turned. India got three extra points taking them to 108 runs and on the third rank for the best team in ODI.

New Zealand still holds the top spot on the table with 126 points. England ranks second with 122 points on the table, followed by India, then Pakistan. India will stretch the difference between Pakistan further, with the upcoming ODIs.
