The Indian Premier League is soon coming to a halt and will end on Sunday. Though cricket fans need not worry as a new series of cricket matches will start between India and South Africa. The BCCI announced the T20I with SA, and India will play at home. The games will soon begin on 9th June, right after IPL ends on 29th May. It will be a limited match series, and new players include the lineups. Two teams are formed, one for South Africa, and the other will fly to England to complete the last year’s remaining test match.

Several big names were excluded from the India vs South Africa series like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah. They are most likely to play the England test match. India has selected new players for the limited-overs games and popular IPL performing players. It will give them a boost to play from the national to international level. They may also exceed and be included in the T20 World Cup 2022.
Umran Malik and Arshdeep Singh are chosen for the games, and it will be their first call-ups on the International squad. Malik was the fastest bowler in the IPL, and Singh was a consistent death-over bowler in the IPL. Ishan Kishan is also on the list, the only MI player with competitive batting performance. Dinesh Karthik will also be present in the squad along with Hardik Pandya. Pandya showed his excellent captaincy skills along with a good all-rounder performance. KL Rahul is named as the captain for the limited-overs series.
