Rohit Sharma made the highest run of the game. He smashed 64 runs as the opener with his opening partner Suryakumar Yadav, who scored 24 runs.

India gave a target of 190 runs, defeating West Indies by 68 runs. It was a terrific game for Sharma, reprising as the captain and reclaiming his rank as the most run-scorer in T20I.
New Zealand’s opener Martin Guptill recently crossed Sharma as the most run scorer in T20I history. But the record didn’t last long as Rohit Sharma scored 64 runs and added to his score. Making him reclaim his position as the most run-scorer. Sharma has 3443 runs to his name. Martin Guptill ranks second with 3399 runs.

Both the Openers might struggle to maintain their position as they are playing the T20I series. Each match may change the rank from first to second. Virat Kohli ranks third in the list with 3308 runs. Presently Rohit Sharma has a better chance of staying at the top with four more games remaining against the West Indies.
