IND vs WI: BCCI Updates on Ravindra Jadeja’s Injury as He Misses 1st ODI Against West Indies: India and West Indies are all set to play a three game ODI series with West Indies in India’s tour to West Indies. The matches are played between 22nd July to 27th July. The matches are played at Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
BCCI confirmed on Friday that India’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of two ODI’s of the series against West Indies. They claimed that Jadeja has sustained an injury to his right knee. The decision on his final match participation is to be decided after assessing his recovery process.

Jadeja was all set to perform as vice-captain for the team on Friday but was sustained from being a part of playing 11 by the captain of the team, Shikhar Dhawan.
Shreyas Iyer has replaced Jadeja in Playing 11 to assist Dhawan. Iyer has been an experienced captain in the past and his expertise is expected to come in handy for the team.
