Indian star batter Virat Kohli heartily wishes Suryakumar Yadav on his 32nd birthday. Suryakumar Yadav recently turned 32 on the 14th of September and celebrated. Kohli wished Suryakumar on his Instagram handle. Yadav is currently the best top-ranked T20I batter for India. He is known for his aggressive batting style and ability to hit every kind of shot.

Recently Kohli talked about Suryakumar’s performance in Asia Cup 2022. He used “completely blown away” on Surya’s innings against Hong Kong.  He talked about the batting and how it changed the momentum of the game on a pitch that wasn’t as easy as he made it look. SKY  played an outstanding knock, a knock that I enjoyed thoroughly from the other end.” He said in a conversation with Surya for the BCCI.

In the T20I against West Indies, Suryakumar Yadav scored a century and became the talk of the town. Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav have played many games together as both are among the top-order batters. In IPL they were rivals where Kohli once imitated Surya during Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indian’s match. But the two are good friends, often appreciating and supporting each other.

“I’ve seen many innings when we play in the IPL, or that being done to other teams, but this was my first experience of watching very closely. I was completely blown away. I honestly believe that the way you played today, if you can stay in that zone, you can literally change the complexion of the game against any team in the world.”
