F1 Miami Grand Prix: Max Verstappen Wins the Miami Gardens Race

Max Verstappen is a twenty-four-year-old Dutchman who won the Miami Gardens race defeating Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.

Verstappen took on the race and was playing for Red Bull. The Formula 1 race was on 9th May in Miami, Florida, the United States of America. Twenty racers from different countries and teams went on the track, and only the top three emerge victoriously. It was the sixth Grand Prix winning title race of 2022. Max Verstappen won the race also by defeating the champion, Lewis Hamilton.

Verstappen wasn’t in his form as the twenty-four-year-old racer hadn’t practiced or track raced in a while. The track temperature in Miami was around 47 degrees Celsius, and the air temperature was approximately 33 degrees. Max took the lead from the start, and maintained his position throughout the laps. He was rather aggressive and held his position till the finish line. It was a Fifty-Seven lap race with twenty formulas on the track. Verstappen won the round and came 3.78 seconds faster than Leclerc.

Max defeated both the racers for Ferrari, Charles Leclerc and Carloz Sainz. Lewis Hamilton came in sixth position. Max won his 23rd title in his career, said, “ What a Race, it was nice, but it was a tough one, but good. The team did an outstanding job, a good recovery we can be proud of. I think I need a drink, and I think you need a drink!”
