BCCI Announced Indian Squad Hardik Pandya to Lead India in Ireland India Tour of Ireland T20Is

BCCI Announced Indian Squad: India has tons of tours lined up ahead this year, one of them will be in Ireland. The BCCI recently announced the playing squad for India vs Ireland, T20I games. They will play two matches in Malahide starting from 26th June. The games will be over before India heads to England on 1st July for all-format play.

Hardik Pandya, Rahul Dravid

Hardik Pandya will lead the India team against Ireland as Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah prepare for the Tour of England. Rishabh Pant will be joining the all-format games in England, leaving the captaincy in the capable hands of Pandya. It will be the first time Hardik will lead the Indian National Team and play international games. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be the vice-captain of India.

Hardik Pandya proved his worth as a captain after successfully leading his team to win the IPL 2022 trophy. He was the captain of the newly founded team Gujarat Titans and brought home the trophy in the first season. Another IPL team captain Sanju Samson from Rajasthan Royals, will play against Ireland. VVS Laxman is named the Head Coach of the Indian team, as Rahul Dravid will fly to England after the home series against South Africa comes to a halt.

Hardik Pandya(C), Bhuvneshwar Kumar(VC), Ishan Kishan, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson, Suryakumar Yadav, Venkatesh Iyer, Deepak Hooda, Rahul Tripathi, Dinesh Karthik(WK), Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel, Ravi Bishnoi, Harshal Patel, Avesh Khan, Arshdeep Singh, Umran Malik.
