In India, the Realme 9 series, Realme 8i, and Realme 8s are slated to be released soon. All three smartphones are expected to be released before the end of next month, according to a source. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC is likely to power the Realme 8s, while the MediaTek Helio G96 is slated to power the Realme 8i. The impending Realme 9 series, on the other hand, is largely unknown. The panels on the Realme 8 series smartphones are projected to have a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
The Realme 9 series will launch in India in October, ahead of Diwali 2021, according to tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh). Realme’s Realme 8i and Realme 8s will be unveiled during a launch event later this month, according to Brar.
Realme revealed earlier this week that it will introduce the first smartphone in India using a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. The rumoured smartphone is the Realme 8s, which will be released later this year. The processor in the smartphone can be combined with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It may also include a 6.5-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a triple back camera system with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
The Realme 8s, as well as the Realme 8i, were unveiled by the business earlier this month.
The MediaTek Helio G96 SoC has been confirmed for the Realme 8i, which will most likely be paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The new MediaTek chipset offers a display refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a 108-megapixel back camera sensor. The Helio G96 SoC will also offer dual-SIM 4G LTE connectivity.
The Realme 8i is rumoured to have a triple-camera configuration with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor on the back. A 16-megapixel sensor could be used in the selfie camera. A 5,000mAh battery is believed to be included in the phone.
