The Motorola Moto E20 has apparently been unveiled in Europe as the company’s newest inexpensive variant. The fundamental hardware in the new Motorola phone comprises an HD+ display and a Unisoc SoC. The Motorola Moto E20 has a dual-camera configuration on the back and runs Android 11 Go Edition. In addition to the Moto E20, Motorola appears to be working on the Moto E40, a new phone in the Moto E series. The smartphone, along with several critical specifications, was supposedly discovered on Geekbench.
Motorola Moto E20 price
According to Androidworld, the Motorola Moto E20 price has been set at EUR 99.99 (approximately Rs. 8,700) for the lone 2GB RAM + 32GB storage option. The phone is said to come in two colours: Coastal Blue and Graphite Gray, and will be sold in the Netherlands starting in October.
The Motorola Moto E20 will not be available in India until later this year.
Motorola Moto E20 specifications
The Motorola Moto E20 is claimed to run Android 11 (Go edition) and come with a 6.5-inch MaxxVision HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 60Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to be equipped with an octa-core Unisoc T606 SoC and 2GB of RAM. It is rumoured to have a dual-camera arrangement with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and an f/2.2 lens, as well as a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the back. The front of the Motorola Moto E20 is said to have a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.2 lens.
According to the source, Motorola has included 32GB of onboard storage that can be expanded using a microSD card. 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone port are believed to be among the connectivity choices. According to the source, the phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the back and a dedicated button for activating Google Assistant. The phone is also supposed to be dust and water resistant, with an IP52 rating.
The Motorola Moto E20 is believed to include a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The phone also has dimensions of 164.8×75.5×8.5mm and weighs 184 grammes.
The Motorola Moto E40 has allegedly been featured on the benchmark site Geekbench, along with some of its specifications. The phone is said to run Android 11 and be powered by an octa-core Unisoc SoC, according to the site. It also suggests that the Moto E40 will have at least 4GB of RAM, which is two more than the Moto E20.
The Motorola Moto E40 is also expected to have 64GB of onboard storage and a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging, according to rumours, though no official details about the Moto E40 have been released.
