The FIFA World Cup 2022 is nearing day by day, and Qatar will be the host of this edition. Qatar is recently trending for FIFA and several other rules the law imposes. Recently they mentioned that unmarried couples can be together as it is banned in their nation. The oil-rich country is very tough with its rules and regulations, but that hasn’t stopped the one million-plus pre-bookings.

Qatar also stated that only fans with valid game tickets will be received in the country as they don’t want to overcrowd their small nation. They are also controversial for their strict anti-LGBTQ laws. The Qatar officials recently announced that displaying the FIFA World Cup logo on cars’ license plates is not legal. Several new number plates were auctioned for thousands of dollars.

The Interior Minister tweeted, “It is prohibited to copy and install the World Cup logo on vehicle number plates.” They also said that people violating the rule will face legal action. “The plates containing the World Cup logo are a special version that is issued according to specific terms and conditions in coordination with FIFA…and for auctioned special number plates only.”
