19-year-old Carlos Alcaraz defeats the World Champion Novak Djokovic in the Madrid Open Semi-Finals on 7th May. Alcaraz will now play at Madrid Open Finals on 8th May at 7:30 pm.

It was an incredible win for Alcaraz as he managed to beat both World Champion Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic back to back. Djokovic lost giving a tough match to Carlos and the winning probability was almost on the center. Novak did an incredible service and gained most of the points during the serve. He won the first set among the three by scoring 21 points.

The second set was tough between Alcaraz and Djokovic and both played well. In the end, Alcaraz emerged victorious by 7-5. The recently turned 19-year-old surprised the audience with this significant win. World Champion Novak Djokovic was getting tough competition.

The third set was incredible as it was quite a tie-breaking clash but Alcaraz managed to dodge it and scored a point, making it 7-6 and creating a path to the finals. The entire arena stood on their feet to congratulate Carlos on his historic win and becoming the first to defeat both Nadal and Djokovic on the same clay court.
Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz will now face German Alexander Zverev after he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas by 6-4, 3-6, and 6-2.
