Lovlina Borgohain Says “Thank You” After Boxer’s Coach Gets Approval in CWG 2022: Indian boxer Lovlina Borgohain stated her gratitude towards the boxing federation after her coach got approval in Commonwealth Games Village. She was displeased with the federation and tweeted and said that BFI put her through mental harassment.
Lovlina is currently in Birmingham and is representing India in women’s boxing at the Commonwealth Games 2022. She was a bronze medalist in last year’s Tokyo Olympics. The Olympic medallist on Monday claimed she faced “mental harassment” after her coaches were changed continuously.

She was disappointed after her coach was refused entry to Commonwealth Village. Another coach was sent back to India. Her request was looked into by her coach Sandhya Gurung was allowed to enter the Village by Borgohain’s side. Lovlina thanked Indian Sports Minister Anurag Thakur and other sports governing bodies.
