Indian Cricket Team will be preparing for the upcoming three-match T20 tournament against Australia. The ongoing Indian Premier League is keeping the players busy. Players are preparing for their respective IPL teams as well as the International T20. It will work as a prequel match for both India and Australia as next year Australia will host T20 International for various countries.

The T20 against Australia will be after the five-match series between India and South Africa. It will be in June after IPL is well settled and all players get a good rest and practice time.
It isn’t fixed, but Rohit Sharma will be leading the Indian team for the Australian three-match T20 series. Foxsports Australia posted, “ Australia will play a number of white ball series with home games against Zimbabwe, New Zealand, West Indies, and England coming to either side of three T20s in India in September.”

India’s upcoming match against South Africa, is scheduled from 9th June to 19th June. Additionally, India will be in Ireland for a tour of two T20 Internationals. Due to a Covid outbreak in the Indian Camps, the final and fifth match against England, was rescheduled to 1st July. Australia will be visiting after mentioned tours are over in September 2022.
