Every social media site has flocked to congratulate Thala as he turned 41 years old. India won every ICC trophy when it was under the captainship of MS Dhoni. T20 World Cup, 50-over World Cup, and the Champions Trophy. He has also led the best performance of his franchise CSK in the Indian Premier League over the years. They have four trophies with their name all under the captainship of Captain Cool.

Virender Sehwag tweeted, “Till the time full stop doesn’t come, a sentence isn’t completed. Till the time Dhoni is at the crease, match isn’t completed. Not all teams have the fortune to have a person like Dhoni, Happy B’day to a gem of a person & player, like Dhoni. Om Helicopteraya Namaha.”

Suresh Raina, who retired from international cricket along with MS Dhoni, congratulates him, “Happy Birthday to my big brother. Jay Shah, Secretary of BCCI also congratulated, “Happy birthday to the man whose understanding of the game and ways to tackle challenges is unmatched. Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni’s franchise team in IPL, where he’s playing for 12 years congratulated, “And the clock strikes 12! The party begins at Anbuden! Super Birthday to you, Thala.”

Dhoni is also referred to as Captain Cool by the fans due to his calmness during the game. Unlike other players who are aggressive, he was always resting and calm. In 2017 he gave up the International captaincy to Virat Kohli and then in August 2022 officially retired from international cricket.
