French Open 2022 Sania Mirza Lucie Hradecka knocked out of Womens Doubles

Sania Mirza played her third round of Women’s Doubles with Lucie Hradecka in French Open 2022. It was an important game for the duo and they played the game on 31st May. Mirza is the previous champion in Paris at Roland Garros. She has six Grand Slam titles and won the Australian Open with Olympion Mahesh Bhupati and the French Open. Sania Mirza has announced her retirement in all sorts of Tennis after this calendar year and is already retired from playing Single.

Sania Mirza and Lucie Hradecka from Czechia played their third match against Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula from the United States of America. It was an outstanding performance by both the teams but the Indo-Czech duo lacked a bit compared to the US pair. Our side took two aces, and the US had just one. India lost the first set by 4-6, the opponents played quite aggressively, and established their first win.

The second set also ended with the same fate for Indian and Czech players who lost the game. Gauff and Pegula defeated us by 3-6 and made us leave the French Open. Though Sania will not continue, Rohan Bopanna still excels further into the tournament and will play the semi-finals tomorrow on the 2nd of June.
