The FIFA World Cup is on the rise as the 2022 edition will be hosted by Qatar. The first game will be played on 21st November. Thirty-two different countries are qualified for the biggest sports event in the world. Several new stadiums have been developed just for hosting several matches, at the same time.

FIFA announced the next host for the 2026 World Cup. It will be for the first time in the History of FIFA that three countries have hosted the World Cup simultaneously. The three countries are, the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico. FIFA President Gianni Infantino said that Canada, Mexico, and the United States to prepare for a football “Invasion”

Gianni Infantino stated on Thursday, “2026 will be much bigger, I think this part of the world doesn’t realize what will happen in 2026. These three countries will be turned upside down and then flipped again. The world will be invading Canada, Mexico, and the United States. They will be invaded by a big wave of joy and happiness.”

He added, “In this part of the world you are leading the world in many areas. But in the number one sport in the world, soccer or football, you are not, yet. The objective must be that you are leading the world in the world’s number one sport.” Major cities from all three countries will host the games, like New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, Mexico City, and plenty more.
