Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Portugal, led his team to victory against Switzerland in the UEFA Nations League by scoring two out of four goals. Ronaldo is a synonym that goes with football and is recognized worldwide. He is known for fierce playing and scoring goals like no other players. Presently Ronaldo has the record for most goals scored playing the national team, with 117 goals on his list. Lionel Messi ranks fourth on that list at eighty-six scores. It was Ronaldo’s first game as he was absent in Portugal vs Spain.

The second goal was shot by Cristiano Ronaldo, ten minutes before half-time. Another goal was made after a couple of minutes by Ronaldo, which was an incredible performance by the striker. The final goal was scored by Joao Cancelo, in the sixty-eighth minute. Switzerland failed to achieve a single goal and lost the game by 4-0. It was the first victory for Portugal after playing a draw match against Spain by 1-1 on 3rd June.
