Commonwealth Games 2022 Day 8: India Schedule

The Commonwealth Games is at the mid-stage of its tournament. Several countries have won and lost in the plethora of competitions available at the event. India is constantly increasing their medal collections. Indian boxers, wrestlers, weightlifters, and hockey teams have contributed a significant part in representing the nation.

Boxers Amit Panghal, Jasmine Lamboriya, and Sagar Ahlawat rose to fame and qualified for the semi-finals, making sure of medals. The Indian Men’s hockey team also beat Wales and will represent in the last four stages. Hima Das also ran her way through the quarter-finals and entered the semi-finals.
