The Australian team has officially arrived in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to play their Sri Lanka tour of 2022. It will be an all format tour, where T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches will be played. The games will begin on 7th June and will continue till 24th June.
Andrew Mcdonald, the head coach of Australia, will not be present at the first few matches due to being covid positive. Assistant Coach Michael Di Venuto will be overseeing the Australian team until the return of McDonald. It will be Australia’s first Sri Lanka Tour in six years.
