SRH vs PBKS Could Be The Last Game Of The Tournament For Kedar Jadhav Says, Aakash Chopra

Aakash Chopra, a former cricketer turned commentator, believes that the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) could be Kedar Jadhav’s final game.

Jadhav has had a terrible season in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, scoring only 43 runs in five games, which is unsatisfactory for a highly experienced middle-order batsman.

Aakash Chopra stated on his YouTube channel that SRH against PBKS could be Kedar’s final game, but that SRH does not have any suitable substitutes.

“This could be the last game of the tournament for Kedar Jadhav. If you want to play someone in place of him it could only be Abhishek Sharma or Priyam Garg. But a lot of changes are not possible,” Aakash Chopra asserted.

Prior to the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, the former Indian cricketer wants Punjab Kings to make some changes to their foreign department (SRH). Chopra believes that Adil Rashid and Fabian Allen should be dropped in favour of Chris Gayle, one of the greatest T20 batsmen of all time, and Nathan Ellis, an up-and-coming Australian pacer.

“There is no need to play Adil Rashid or Fabian Allen. Aiden Markram and Pooran were good choices. But you can play Gayle and Ellis in place of the overseas spinners. You can also play Indian spinners like Ravi Bishnoi or Murugan Ashwin to make it a formidable XI,” Aakash Chopra concluded.

Notably, both clubs will enter the game having lost their previous encounter, with Punjab Kings losing from a winning position against Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad losing to Delhi Capitals in a humbling loss.
